All news, analytical articles, texts expressed in the form of experts ' opinions, photos, illustrations, videos, audio recordings and other materials published on the Site for the convenience of reading the following text are referred to as Materials.

Copyright on all Materials published on this website, unless otherwise specified, is owned by the ts-g.kz site owner (hereinafter - the Website).

The Site administration is the official representative of the Site owner for the Materials placement on the Site and other issues.

If the ALT field of any material representing an illustration contains the name of the originator or copyright holder, the reproduction of graphics should be addressed directly to him.

Limitation: Any reproduction or retransmission, use, copying and/or distribution of the Site original materials or their part in any form on any resources, including Internet sites, is prohibited.  The authority to use the Materials in any form shall be undertaken on written permits from the originators.

Copying, placement in any media, including Internet sites or other use both in the original form and in the form of fragments of Technoservice group copyright photos, audio and video requires written approval by editorial Board.

The Site Administration reserves the right to review (change) the conditions of proprietary Materials reproduction and retransmission at any time and without explanation, as well as to restrict or prohibit any use of proprietary Materials to one or more Users by posting a list of such Users.

Site web-pages may contain links to other Internet resources.  Click-through is at the user's sole risk.  The user agrees that the Site Administration does not bear any responsibility for these resources and their content availability, as well as for any consequences associated with such click-through and use.

It is strictly prohibited to:

2. implement any actions to destabilize the site service, attempt the Site management security attack or its closed sections (sections with the granting access to the Administration only), as well as implement any other actions deemed to be a network attack;

The Site Administration draws particular attention to the fact that civil, administrative, and criminal liability in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan is provided for:
