These Terms govern the use of the ts-g.kz website (the “Website”), owned and operated by Technoservice Group LLP (the “Company”).
By using the Website, the user acknowledges that they have read these Terms and agrees to comply with them to the extent applicable under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and other applicable law.
1. Rights to the Website and Its Content
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the exclusive rights to texts, articles, analytical materials, photographs, images, graphics, diagrams, videos, audio recordings, presentations, design elements, software components, and other intellectual property made available on the Website belong to Technoservice Group LLP and/or the respective rights holders.
Making materials publicly available on the Website does not constitute a transfer of exclusive rights to the user or the grant of any licence to use such materials beyond the uses expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
Copyright in protected works arises upon their creation and does not require registration or any other formalities under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Adilet

2. Permitted Use
Users may view the materials available on the Website and use them for personal and other lawful purposes to the extent permitted by law.
Quotations from individual excerpts are permitted in the cases and to the extent allowed by applicable law, provided that the author is identified, where indicated, and an active link to ts-g.kz is included as the source.

3. Use Requiring Permission
Unless otherwise expressly permitted by law, the following actions are prohibited without the prior written permission of the Company and/or the relevant rights holder:
reproducing substantial portions of the Website’s materials; publishing or distributing them on other websites, social media platforms, in the media, information systems, databases, or other resources; using the materials for advertising, commercial, or marketing purposes; translating, adapting, modifying, or creating derivative works based on them; removing or altering information about authorship, ownership, or the source of the material; presenting Company materials as one’s own; or creating a false impression of cooperation, endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership with the Company.
Permission to use specific materials does not grant any rights to other materials available on the Website.
4. Automated Data Collection
Without the Company’s prior written permission, systematic or large-scale collection, extraction, copying, or aggregation of Website content using software tools, including automated scripts, bots, parsers, scrapers, or similar technologies, is prohibited.
In particular, Website materials may not be used without the Company’s permission to create commercial databases, data repositories, or datasets for the training, fine-tuning, testing, or evaluation of machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems, unless such use is permitted by applicable law.
This restriction does not apply to ordinary indexing of the Website by publicly available search engines where such indexing complies with applicable law, the Website’s technical rules, and its robots.txt file.
5. Website Security
Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, its administrative interfaces, servers, databases, user accounts, or other digital resources is prohibited.
Attempts to bypass security measures, scan for or exploit vulnerabilities without the Company’s written authorisation, introduce malicious code, disrupt the availability of the Website, impose excessive loads on its infrastructure, or take any other action capable of interfering with the normal operation of the Website or related information systems are also prohibited.
The laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan provide for the protection of digital assets against unauthorised access, copying, modification, and disruption, and criminal law provides for liability in respect of certain forms of unlawful access and interference. Adilet

The Website may contain materials, trademarks, logos, photographs, and other items in which rights are held by third parties.
Such materials are used on the basis of the relevant rights, permissions, licences, or other grounds permitted by law. These Terms do not grant users any rights in respect of such third-party materials.
Where the author, rights holder, or source of a particular material is identified, any further use of that material should be agreed directly with the respective rights holder unless otherwise permitted by law.
7. Links to Third-Party Resources
The Website may contain links to third-party websites and services.
The Company does not control such resources and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms of use, or privacy policies.
Users access third-party resources at their own discretion.
8. Information Available on the Website
The Company takes reasonable steps to ensure that information published on the Website is accurate and up to date. However, the Website and its content are provided primarily for informational purposes.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, materials on the Website do not constitute a commercial offer, technical specification, warranty regarding the characteristics of products or services, or an obligation on the part of the Company to enter into an agreement on specified terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

In the event of an infringement of intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests, the Company may exercise any remedies available under applicable law, including seeking cessation of the infringement, removal of unlawfully published materials, compensation for losses, and other remedies provided by law.
The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Copyright and Related Rights” provides for judicial remedies including cessation of infringement, recovery of damages, recovery of income obtained by the infringer, and statutory compensation. Adilet

If a user believes that material published on the Website infringes their rights, they may contact the Company using the contact details provided on the Contacts page.
The notice should preferably include information identifying the rights holder, the disputed material, the nature of the alleged infringement, and the basis on which the relevant rights are claimed.

The Company may amend these Terms subject to applicable legal requirements.

13. Governing Law
These Terms, the operation of the Website, and the use of its materials are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and, where applicable, by international treaties to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party.
Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
