- Fragmented Infrastructure Systems
- Integration of engineering systems into a unified BMS and DCIM environment for centralized monitoring, control, and analytics.
- Scalability Constraints
- Capacity planning for racks, power, and cooling, combined with modular architecture that supports phased expansion as requirements grow.
- High Operating Costs
- PUE optimization, energy-efficient equipment, automated infrastructure management, and continuous control of energy consumption.
Data Center Engineering Infrastructure
Integrated solutions for power supply and redundancy, cooling, structured cabling, fire protection, physical security, monitoring, and control. Design and implementation are carried out in accordance with applicable building codes, GOST requirements, technical regulations, and equipment manufacturers’ standards. Depending on the facility configuration, the engineering infrastructure may include:
- Power Supply and Redundancy
- Primary and redundant power feeds, switchboards, online double-conversion UPS systems, standby diesel generators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), busbars and busway systems, switching and protection devices.
- Cooling and Environmental Control
- Precision cooling systems, chillers, free-cooling technologies, airflow management, air pressurization, hot- and cold-aisle configurations, raised floors, and localized cooling solutions for high-density areas.
- Structured Cabling and Fiber Optics
- Backbone and horizontal cabling infrastructure, fiber-optic links, cross-connect systems, cable pathways, channel testing, and certification.
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Management
- BMS, DCIM, sensors, telemetry, API integration, and centralized monitoring and control of critical infrastructure systems.
- Physical Security and Access Control
- Access control systems, video surveillance, secured racks and cabinets, perimeter protection, and security sensors.
- IT Equipment and Rack Infrastructure
- Selection, supply, installation, and integration of servers, storage systems, network equipment, racks, and supporting infrastructure.
Standards and Certification
We design and deliver data center infrastructure in accordance with ANSI/TIA-942-C, EN 50600, Uptime Institute Tier Standard criteria, applicable regulatory requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and equipment manufacturers’ standards. Where required, we support facilities through independent certification, technical audits, and inspections, providing a complete set of design, as-built, and operational documentation.
- Uptime Institute Tier Standard — infrastructure availability, redundancy, and fault-tolerance criteria across Tier I–IV classifications
- ANSI/TIA-942-C — requirements for data center telecommunications and facility infrastructure
- EN 50600 — European standards for data center facilities and infrastructure
- ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301 and ISO 50001 — information security, business continuity and energy management
We support projects and facilities through preparation for independent certification and technical audits, including preliminary assessments, gap identification, recommendations, and the required documentation.
Warranty Service and Technical Support
We provide technical support throughout the data center lifecycle after commissioning — from scheduled maintenance and diagnostics to infrastructure upgrades and modernization. SLA terms, availability targets, response times, and on-site support procedures are defined contractually.
- SLA-based support with agreed availability, response, and recovery targets
- 24/7 technical support with defined response, escalation, and on-site attendance procedures
- Diagnostics and technical audits of power, cooling, UPS, structured cabling, monitoring, and physical security systems
- Infrastructure upgrades and optimization to accommodate changing loads, requirements, and business needs
- PUE monitoring, energy consumption analysis, anomaly detection, and operational reporting
Warranty terms depend on the scope of supply, manufacturers’ requirements, and contractual conditions and typically range from 12 to 36 months.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you design data centers in accordance with the Uptime Institute Tier Standard?
Yes. Where required, we design infrastructure in line with Uptime Institute Tier Standard criteria and support facilities through preparation for independent certification. We also apply ANSI/TIA-942-C, EN 50600, and other applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Which technology vendors do you work with?
We select equipment based on project requirements rather than being tied to a single manufacturer. We work with leading global vendors of engineering and IT infrastructure, including Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Huawei, Supermicro, and other specialized technology providers.
Do you deliver modular and containerized data centers?
Yes. We design and deliver modular, containerized, and prefabricated data centers for industrial facilities, remote sites, temporary capacity expansion, and phased infrastructure growth.
Do you integrate BMS and DCIM platforms?
Yes. We integrate engineering systems, sensors, telemetry, and equipment into a unified monitoring and management environment using BMS, DCIM, and API-based integrations.
Do you provide audits of existing data centers?
Yes. We conduct technical assessments and audits of power, cooling, UPS, structured cabling, monitoring, security, and operational systems, identify risks, and provide recommendations for modernization.
How long does it take to deliver a data center?
The delivery schedule depends on the facility type, capacity, redundancy requirements, site readiness, and scope of construction and installation works. Following the initial assessment and requirements definition, we provide a detailed project delivery schedule.
What data center capacities can you deliver?
Capacity and architecture are defined by the client’s requirements — from local edge deployments to full-scale corporate and industrial data centers designed for future expansion.
Do you support high-density, AI, and HPC infrastructure?
Yes. Our designs can accommodate the higher power, redundancy, thermal density, cooling, networking, and scalability requirements associated with AI and HPC workloads. The final architecture is determined by calculated loads and equipment requirements.
Do you integrate hyperconverged and cloud infrastructure?
Yes. As part of data center IT infrastructure, we integrate compute, networking, and storage platforms, including hyperconverged infrastructure and solutions for private and hybrid cloud environments.
