We are not tied to a single manufacturer or a fixed list of brands. Product selection is based on technical requirements, budget, lead times, and project conditions. Where appropriate, we can offer several comparable options.
How are warranty, returns, and replacements handled?
Warranty terms are determined by the manufacturer, supplier, and contractual conditions. We support warranty claims, diagnostics, returns, replacements, and repairs, coordinating the process with manufacturers and distributors.
